Wednesday, July 21
3:00 PM – Horse stall and RV spaces open for arrival
Thursday, July 22 – Sagebrush Arena
12:30 PM – Dressage Check In
1:00 PM – Dressage begins – rides will be scheduled,
- Schedule available early week on the website
5:00 PM – Rider Trainer (approximate time)
5:15 PM – Reinsmanship (aka Driving) (approximate time)
5:30 PM – Dad Potter & 3-Step (approximate time)
Friday, July 23 – Sagebrush Arena
8:00 AM – Contestant Briefing
9:00 AM – Showmanship, all ages (3 rings at once)
1:00 PM – Hunt Seat Equ (approximate time)
1:00 PM – Trail Begins; Small Hooker Creek
Saturday, July 24 – Sagebrush Arena
8:00 AM – Contestant Briefing
9:00 AM – Hunt Seat Equ Over Fences
9:00 AM – Trail Continues; Small Hooker Creek
10:00 AM – Western Equ (starting w/intermediate & seniors)
2:30 PM – Pairs (time is approximate)
3:00 PM – In Hand Obstacle Relay
5:00 PM – Barrels, followed by Figure 8
Sunday, July 25 – Sagebrush Arena
8:30 AM – Contestant Briefing
9:30 AM – Cow Working, Roping Ranch Horse Trail, RH Pattern and Ranchmanship
1:00 PM – Poles, Flags, Key Race; Juniper and Sagebrush Arenas (time is approximate)
Monday, July 26 – Center Circle Tent
6:00 PM – Horse Awards; Families with last name beginning A-P, please bring a salad;
Q-Z, please bring a dessert.
Burgers, dogs, drinks and condiments, as well as plates and flatware will be provided.

If you are interested in participating, please let Candi know. We’ll be conducting tests during horse fair, starting on Thursday evening, other times to be determined, depending on participation. Remember, you must have passed steps 1, 2, & 3 in your advancement and have your leader’s signature on the Dad Potter sheet before you come before the judge. Many of you are qualified, I would love to see you earn this very special recognition! Ccb
