There are E-Learning opportunity for new & experienced leaders.  These are some great modules that both new and experienced leaders can gain from.  Take the time and go to: http:\\oregon.4h.oregonstate.edu/elearning-course and follow the links.  Completing each module will also add th the required training necessary for new leaders.  it will automatically let me know when you comlete each module, so take the time, it's worth it!
